Worth visiting!
Lobster-licious – Lobster, Capelin Roe, Lettuce, Mango, Avocado with Kiwi on top
lobster was spicy, mango could be bigger and juicier
Hamachi Supreme – Hamachi, Tobiko, Green Onions, Pine Nuts, Lettuce and Sesame Oil
very nutty, toasted pine nuts, hamachi was superb
Crown Royal
The brown rice was hard to digest, the foie gras was 1 cm cubed, the caviar proportion was 1/2 tsp per piece
Mango Mousse
like creme brulee
Green Tea Crème Brulée
not set, bottom was cold, iced sugar was not crisp enough
