Garibaldi Lake

Beautiful scenery worth the 2,500 feet climb (over 5 1/2 miles). To avoid the crowds (and the bugs), go there in October instead of July to September.

For those that are not afraid to travel for about 4 hours uphill on a narrow path to see a lake on top of a mountain range; this is the place you do not want to miss. Bring lots of water and food, and dont come back down too late, or else it will be too dark to see anything.
