The Japanese Friendship Garden is beautiful! It’s a really peaceful spot tucked away near Roosevelt Row.

I believe they only take cash for their admission ($5 a person, was it?) so make sure you hit up the ATM beforehand.

Try to attend one of their tea ceremonies. You must call and make reservations for this in advance.

The garden is open only on the weekends from Oct-May.
