Sel De La Terre

We celebrated my sister’s birthday here this past Friday night. The evening began with some shared starters of eggplant-goat cheese purée with olive oil and toasted black walnuts, sautéed Maine crab cakes with roasted cauliflower coulis and a tartlet of confit Vermont goat, house smoked bacon, roasted parsnips and caramelized onions; watercress, shaved fennel and Capri goat cheese.

Everyone tried a different entree but my choice was the BEST at the table. I had the braised boneless beef shortribs with rosemary-olive oil whipped potatoes, butternut squash, celery root and crispy onions – incredible.

They brought over a dessert for the table. Valet parking, location right next to the Aquarium, relaxed, casual atmosphere, take out desk and an amazing menu make this a true “want to go back” soon!
