...perfect for that post-party brunch on Saturday or Sunday morning. The menu’s not huge but it’s all delicious, especially the crepes with lingonberry jam and the Eggs Benny. The coffee is Tony’s Organic, delicious and cheap, $1.00 for endless refills with real cream and sugar if you like it.

Top that off with a great atmosphere and you’ve got a total winner. Highly recommended.

Hattie’s Hat no longer hosts Aunt Harriet’s Room hootenannies featuring local rock stars in makeshift (and excellent) bands, nor excellent touring acts doing secondary shows for gas money while they’re in town, because the bar owners remodeled it in favor of an acquarium containing mudsharks for your amusement. Mudsharks.

And now there’s a huuuuuge fishtank in the middle of the dining room! It’s so big that you could put a go-go dancer in there. Probably have to be wearing some kind of breathing gear, though.

Good place to go for dinner before hitting a show at the Tractor Tavern down the street.
