Kaua`i aka: Kauai, Kaua'i

A very beautiful island with wonderful water. A wonderful place for people who love the beach, water, sand, sun, and surf.

I was hatched…umm..I mean …born there. How I ended up in Brooklyn New York and then up here in Hudson, New York is beyond me!

What can I say about Hawaii? The island of Kauai is absolutely gorgeous. It’s small enough to see it all while you are there and it’s so laid back you won’t want to leave. Our friend Myles lives there with his family and someday we will take the kids there to visit.

I’ve heard so much about Kauai and I am so excited that we are going in November! Yeah!

My husband and I got married on Kaua’i. It’s very beautiful and laid back. The people are very nice.
If you are looking for someplace with a lot of nightlife, this is not your place. For us it was perfect, tons of natural beauty and things to do like hiking and snorkeling. The Island has every kind of ecosystem you could imagine, from desert to rainforest. It’s amazing.

I’ve been there 3 times. It’s absolutely magical. The first time I went there I was 14 years old and we were staying in these quaint hut looking rooms. I remember waking up to rain, but it wasn’t cold or windy, it was moist. And I ran around the whole plantation. I came back soaking wet and renewed.

It’s very nice in Kauai. I went there with my family and had a nice time. We stayed in place that was kind of like a house so it felt like we were actually living there, which was so cool. We went on a speed boat to go snorkling which was fun and did lots of other cool stuff there.

The 3rd time I went to the Islands, I made it to this one.
