Restaurant Zoe has never disappointed me. it’s atmosphere is very inviting, the food is always great, & the servers are some of the best, being both efficient & warm.

An interesting lingo from the locals.
Our waiter kept talking about “my menu” and “my cooking” as if he were not only the waiter person but also the owner and chef. “The so and so is hands down the BEST (appetizer/entree/dessert) on my menu right now,” he would exclaim when I ordered anything: once each for appetizers, entries, AND desserts). “How is my cooking?” he would ask after bringing us our food. I found this to be quite fabulous and entertaining. Also, when I went to the restroom he twirled my napkin and folded it in half and placed it like a rose back on my place setting. Whoever runs this place has a meticulous and comic sense of detail and I love it. This only supports my enduring and completely random love for the name Zoe and all things that bear it.

hipster fancy
This place is fancy but sort of hip and not stuffy. Our waiter kept saying everything was his, as in, “everything on my menu is excellent” and “this crustini with chick pea stew is a gift from my kitchen” and “how is my cooking?” They are into shaping their food like cakes. They have the best bread EVER.
