Natal

This is beautiful place if you’re visiting the northern part of Brazil. It has very nice local art “artesanato” and you can actually go to the cultural center of the city and participate in “Forro com turista.” “Forro” is a type of Folk music from the notth and the locals come out to teach you how to dance it. Be sure to visit the largest cashew plant in the world, go to “Ponta Negra” beach, which is beautiful and also check out the Dunes of Genipabu. You can rent a buggy and go riding on them all afternoon. Have fun!

I love Natal

I plan to go to Brazil in the Spring of 2007…never been…planning 2 weeks but likely to skip Rio this time and do the beautiful northern coastal places, including Natal. Where else should I go? What should I NOT miss.

Moro aqui desde os 7 anos, quando meus pais em um louca e insana ideia resolvera largar o RS e troca-lo pelo RN.. coisas meio extremas, mas desde que moro aqui não tenho mais problemas respiratorios como eu tinha com o frio do RS.
