It’s a four step process: first you select a sauce; next you select a noodle flavour; then you select a noodle cut; and finally, you select a starter. You can also add a topping onto your pasta if you wish. There are 17 sauces (and you can combine sauces if you like!), 9 pasta flavours, 6 pasta cuts and 6 starters to choose from. The possibilities are endless!

Red Bell Pepper Fettucine with a Basil Pesto sauce and a Minestrone Soup; Red Chili Pepper Linguini with a Quattro Formaggi/Szechwan Tomato sauce and a Caesar Salad; or how about Currry Angel Hair with Thai Ginger Peanut and a House Salad.

Staff favorites and suggested wine pairings are provided to help with your choices. In addition, Lotsa Pasta also offers a selection of pizzas and baked dishes, including the popular house specialty Timpano – layers of penne, sauces, meats and vegetables in a pastry crust.
