El Monte

Lived there when I was a kid, on Pennmar street. Went to La Primoria and Baker school (?). Don’t even remember now. Had a lot of fun. Did get beat up a couple of times because of my race, but hey, places can’t be perfect.

I used to sub for Dr L.I in the late nineties. He has an office here.

Make sure to spot the “Welcome to friendly El Monte” signs.
