Akron

i went, but i didn’t get to try and say ‘ak-ron’ to anyone…there is always the next time.

Your average mid-biggish-sized city, has some nice suburb areas. Downtown is cute and has some pretty cool places to go out in. It’s also fun to go check out an Akron Aeros (baseball) game.

The zoo was fun, but the city itsself isn’t interesting.

Well, I live here. Great city, horrible economy as of late. Pretty sad I’m gonna have to move.

i plan to go here because mr.ohio-native boyfriend of mine says that if i walk in there saying ‘akron’ like i do (which is ak-rahn, as opposed to the “proper” ak-rin) that someone will most definately try to beat me up. i want to see if he’s right.
