Why I want to go to this place

I lived there! From 1988 til about 1991 (stationed with my mom from the navy) so many good times and good friends, it’s a shame we had to move to Pennslvania. I’ll always remember you.

Why I want to go to this place

Described as a “hellhole for losers.”

Pretty freakin sweet.
I definitely need to go back there.

I lived here, 1980-85. It is a strange place. There were always negative comments about those where were not native born. It was a tough place to be, especially as a young adult. I loved living near the mountains. It was a lovely place to be. I know it has changed considerably and it hardly seems 21 years since I lived there- and I barely remember it anymore. I wish I knew what happened to a very kind, handsome soccer player whose name I’ve forgotten who lived in my apartment complex. He remains the nicest person I’ve ever met in my lifetime. He’s in my prayers often.

Worth visiting!

On the edge of civilization.

I spent the better part of my childhood growing up here and generally make it back at least once a year.

Not worth visiting!

I lived here for TOO long...

I can’t stress enough how much the people of Aurora, and a lot of CO. in fact that are liars, superficial pricks, and bad drivers… I loved the nice thunderstorms and more than anythign the mountains… but if you like people, this is NOT the place to go… I lived there for at least a year and a half… and I get along with almost anyone and everyone! But these people are on some kind of super ego trip… and I swear it, so MANY of them are LIARS… its weird! My family (stepdad, mom, and two younger sisters) still live there, so that’s the only time you’ll see me back there! But I’m not saying that places up in the mountains are the same, because I LOVE snowboarding up at Copper Mountain!!!
