My favorite city in North America so far. Friendly inhabitants, pleasant waterfront, Art Deco financial district, stylized exteriors of big and small businesses, and tons of history and overall character.

Amazing Race Auditions! by emcclarren

My friend, Nick, and I took a spontaneous overnight road trip all the way (13 hrs) to Boston. We tried out for the Amazing Race & although we were not chosen, it was a blast! Boston is a great city, full of life.

lobsters were great..and walking was one of the best parts of my vacation there..the mysterious atmosphere and the architecture was certainly a sight to see, especially at night.

Beware! by scarletlark

Driving here is a nightmare! I’m used to crazy traffic and awful drivers… I’m from Los Angeles, after all. But it’s the ROADS in Boston that are terrible! Most of it’s one-way, there are spontaneous turning lanes (I went in circles!), and it’s not exactly a nice, sensible grid system. Parking is super-expensive in most places, too.

But… once you’re walking, it’s actually pretty nice. Lots of history, culture, and pretty things to look at.
