I haven’t been here in forever, but I remember the tide. I want to go back because it is where my family is from (Mother’s side). I remember the tide and the boats seemingly in the middle of the beach. Oh and Haddock, that was the first time I had Haddock. It was… tranquil there.over 3 years ago

Not much going on in the way of interesting hotels.
Some great seafood restaurants.
A few cool streets with cafes and bars, but when I saw “a few”, I mean, like, 2.
The Citadel is awesome.
It is very Irish – you know, plucky, a little unrefined, but the people are really great, but I’m told not to get them drunk and angry.over 4 years ago
Okay well technically I live here and I love it. I don’t think I would like living anywhere else. I’m always finding somewhere new to discover in this city and now it is a goal of mine each year to have some “tourist” days within my own city. It’s a lot of fun and you never know what adventures and discoveries will await you.over 5 years ago
