I only lived in Nepean for almost a year. The thing I like to remember is the tulips blooming in the spring. There are some really nice gardens in the area. Nepean is a very well-kept suburb of Ottawa. I guess it’s more worth visiting Ottawa, but Nepean would be a less-expensive place to stay if you’re making the trip.
I think the Experimental Farm is actually in Nepean and they’ve got some preserved green spaces as well.
