Airlie Beach has a pretty famous Backpackers called Magnums. Great place, very sociable. Well we were on holiday around the world for one year with no work, so living off savings. Its pretty hard to say no to a $500 prize, even if you have to win a wet thirt contest to get it. Well we acquired $500 and went on the coolest whitsunday snorkelling tour with the money. If you get the opportunity to go to the Whitsunday Islands, by all means, go skydiving! I know that this may not be for everyone, but I guarantee that it is one of the most spectacular views you will ever see.
