..can you figure out why?

I can’t recommended Tomsk in good faith to anyone… I found out after drinking the water for two weeks—and having been assured repeatedly that it was safe—That it was radioactive and full of toxins. The people were among the nastiest and most Xenophobic I’ve ever met. A member of our team got mugged, I almost got beat up because someone didn’t like that I didn’t look Russian… and the poor University students on our team kept assuring us that everyone in Russia just loved Americans, to avoid making us uncomfortable.

Oh, and two years later, I STILL have scars from the mosquito bites.

I just can’t recommend it. Sorry.
