A review of this place: El Asador
By Tim @ The Kingston Guide
El Asador is a rectangle. A very functional rectangle. When you enter this Mexican/Indian restaurant, you will encounter an empty room, save a few stools and a bar where you can place your order. There’ s menu on the wall listing a variety of Mexican and Indian dishes.
The food here is delicious. Even the most basic beef burrito is really tasty, and comes served complete with napkin in a brown paper bag. Indian dishes come with lamb, beef, chicken or vegetables. Prices are pretty reasonable.
El Asador is a takeout restaurant. If you’re planning on dining in, there are some chairs at the front where you can sit down. While waiting for orders, people can grab a stool and read the newspaper. It’s a very simple setup. There’s nothing that drunk people can trip over as they line up after last call.
El Asador also offers delivery. Simply call 613-547-6868 and the food will appear after you pay the driver. Again, very simple.
We recommend: Chicken Saag.
