Shop till you Drop

I went to Bnadung just last month (May 9-16, 2007) for the Asian Universities Debating Championship hosted by the beautiful and serene Institut Teknologi Bandung. I love this place! Especially the cool weather. So tips? Here goes…
1. Bring jackets/sweaters/cardigans/boleros or any pretty cover-up.
2. Be game to eat and eat and eat…
3. Be friendly as the locals are really friendly people. Plus they are very hospitable. =)
4. And of course, be ready for non-stop shopping! =)

i met my husband here,never find nice friends in any other place but here,see the real world in here,first time get drunk and trying to smoke pot in here..hahaha,graduated from my university also in this city,i can be the real me in here!miss the old time here..

There are so many factory outlets,the stores where u can find clothes, shoes, bags, n accessories with hi quality n very very reasonable price.
N when u there, u will find a plenty of cafe n restaurant with various choice n innovation. The best place to go for food is DAGO, not only for delicious foods but also beautiful views as the point plus.

My husband and I spent our first…and second…(and you can keep on counting..:>) honeymoon here. Jumping from one hotel to another… Enjoy the moment together, I find it as romantic as in Bali but without the plane fares….. Bandung is one of the nicest place to relax, except on weekends..

I was born in Bandung and spend 23 years out of my life there. I’ve seen it grow from a quiet city to a shopping and food heaven for weekend tourist from Jakarta (check out the outlets and distros!!!). I’m currently in Bremen, Germany and will visit Bandung in the next month… looking forward to see how it’s changed.

arrange your trip way long before you landed, and make sure you’re not planned it around national holiday nor long weekend, because bandung can be very crowded as hell…
try to avoid downtown and straight to north bandung… there you’ll determine the beauty of bandung…
