Suzhou aka: 苏州

if you visit suzhou,shangtang street and pingjiang street are worthy places to go.the two elderly (one is 1100years old,the other is more than 800 years old )have their respective brilliant past.
shangtang street is one of the most oldest street in china.you know,it was built at A.D.825 in The Tang Dynasty,the great poet BaiJuYi who was appointed be a magistrate in suzhou found the riverway was silted up.He led the digging movement.After afew years hard working,the shantang river was complete
and shantang street is built alongshore.
the pingjiang road is my neighborhood.I was born here and lived here for more than 20years.I know everything here,each flower,each rock,each tree,each man.800years ago at The Song Dynasty,the pingjiang road is the main street in suzhou.

I have been to there in May this year(2007).It is nice place you should to be.Walking alone at that time and know it more.What I can’t forget maybe I spend 6 days in there.It is great time I have had.That is enough to me.You should walking around the Pingjiang(平江) Road,It is the history Road to Suzhou.People very nice,they talked to me and tell me where I should go.Nice people and passional.

I grew up in the north of the China and I like sunshine. But Suzhou is a city where always rain. I thought I wouldn’t like this city. But the days I were in Suzhou, the light rain made me comfortable. The raindrop grazed me and I liked that feeling. The gardens are so beautiful that I thought I was walking in a picture. I like Suzhou so much that I hope I can go there for visiting again.
