Scarborough

I lived in Scarborough for 8 months, while I studied at the university. I think that the best place to visit while living in Scarborough is Whitby Abbey. It is only about a half hour bus ride away and it is beautiful and magical. Also, if you are in Whitby, you must try the Fish and Chips from the Magpie Cafe. I’ll never eat fish and chips in America again because nothing could compare to those at the Magpie Cafe and I prefer to remember them as scrumptious and delicious.

A wonderful little town with such an amazing beach and beachside funfair.

Lovely place to visit, beautiful castle and beaches and old churches.

iv been here so many times iv lost count its very popular with my family.
it has a lovely beach, very nice!!!

Only an hours drive for me and been visiting since i was young child some of my best days out spent here
