Harrogate

Harrogate is a lovely town that is great as a day trip so if you live or are staying nearby or even if you are just passing through, I suggest you stop and spend a few hours in this town. The scenery is picturesque (especially the gardens), the local shops are quaint and the tourist spots are small but enjoyable. There are bigger tourist spots nearby, outside of Harrogate too. Overall, it’s a great town to just take a stroll and browse around on a nice day.

Not a really excting place and not much to do. Pop to Leeds or York instead.
