I’ve chosen a bed & breakfast to stay in and have arranged for meetings with some faculty and advisors and now I just need to decide what the best way in to the city of Sheffield will be from Manchester airport. My daughter is excited to see the city she will live in for the next 4 years. over 3 years agoBut then I'm biased by daeguowlHome of the greatest football team (in S6), the mighty Sheffield Wednesday. Beyond that: Trams, steel, pork scratchings & yorkshire relish, all stuff you can’t get in Southampton over 5 years agoUntitled by marvinbarrettoi like that its up north so the pints are a bit cheaper. but if you have a world map or even a UK map and you have to choose 43 places, i dont see any reason to put sheffield on it, thats all. over 5 years agoSheffield is a great place to live by claireandrichOver the past decade or so Sheffield has had a major face lift. It is now recovered from the closure of the steel works and the arrival of Meadowhall out of town shopping centre. The city centre has been, and still is, being transformed. The Winter Gardens, the peace Gardens and the Millenium Galleries in the centre are perfect examples of how Sheffiel dhas grown and become a lovely, vibrant place to live. over 5 years agoSee all 14 entries |
