Ipswich

Visited Ipswich a lot when I was living w/ my family in nearby Coddenham in the early 90’s (my stepfather was stationed at RAF Woodbridge).

Great place; good shopping, the locals are nice (in general, they are in Suffolk), and it’s got a certain feel to it that you just lose in bigger cities.

Unless it’s changed drastically, worth a look.

i’v lived here all my life. it’s better than some places i’v been. and the people here (other than those i can only refer to as chavs, because i am a social reject to them) are fairly decent. the underground music scene here is pretty darn good, so i’d recommend checkin the metal and HxC scenes out. particularly S2A, DeathForADay and Fei Comodo.
