Escape the tourist traps of London and visit Aylesbury! by Laura Bowles
Neat little gem of a town, not too far outside London. I lucked out in finding this place because my dad had a business meeting in nearby Tring, and it happened to fall during my spring break from college. The daily market in the town square was so neat – very cool antiques & things for sale! The King’s Head is a must-visit for sure, too. Very rich history. Check out La Tasca for excellent Spanish tapas. And the Ardenwood B&B is a lovely place to stay – the owners are just the friendliest, kindest people :)
