Worth visiting!
It’s a great city, and a great base of operations too! Here there is the biggest arabic castle in Spain, and a well-conserved wall. There’re all kind of musseums, including one of the best of Modern Arts, and both classical and modern architecture.
And, of course, nearby you can go to Merida, you can visit the magnificents castles of “La Raya” (proposed to be an UNESCO Place of Interest), and many, many interesing places…
