places to live
My husband an I are wanting to move to the Bolzano area when we retire and I was wondering how do we go about finding apartments or villas to rent by the year. We don’t want to purchase anything until we are sure we want to stay in the area. We have been to Bolzano and fell in love with the city and the locals. Any information would be great.
Thanks Debi

My grandfather, whom I’ve never met and my mother never knew, apparently lived here for many years. Rumor has it that we’ve got relatives here too so I plan on visiting in the next year or two to do some research and, at least, enjoy this beautiful place.

A review of this place: Now this is a city
A clean, beautiful city in the shadows of the Dolomites. The food (especially the gelato) was fantastic, the people were friendly and (I hear) the wine was excellent. Worth moving to…

nice city!
I live near Bolzano, and used to work for 4 years in this city. This city has it all: lifestyle, charme and a relaxed & sometimes busy athmosphere.
Overall, if you’re travelling in Italy, don’t miss out Bolzano & the surroundings, we even now have a hostel!
