Regensburg

spent 5 months there doing a german course..beautiful town, nice people..would love to go back soon

This place left a strong impression on me, it was such a pleasant surprise! I went there during spring when everything was in bloom; the combination of vivid colorful flowers on meadows and ancient buildings, stones is beyond imagination. I have found there my favorite landscape: many many small blue flowers between trees…A dream :)

Haven’t been to see as much of it as I would like. Will go back and do a walking tour when it’s warmer.

OLD old german city, one of few untouched by WWII bombing raids. Beautiful dome cathedral. City is set on the Danube river. Stayed here for 6 weeks during a language course. Bayerisch dialect is incomprensible, but beautiful place to visit. Very romantic city.
