Osnabrück

I spent 3 years of my life in Osnabruck (Jan 03 – Jan 06) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great night life, and if you’re Jamaican like myself, you’ll be amased at how much people are interested in Jamaicans. Before I went, I was warned about how racist the country is, but I can put my hand on my heart and say that I was treated better here than I am in the UK where I currently live.

Very nice city with friendly people. Great night life.

I spent several summers in Osnabrück which, despite copious amounts of rain, has one of the highest resident approval ratings in Germany. Friendly people and hidden treasures in the Altstadt, as well as the wonderful open-air swimming pool, make this a great place to spend some lazy summer days.

Nice vestiges. Old city hall.
