Just another drive in

It’s just another drive in. Food is average, appearance is average, service is average. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad. It’s just not good either. Save some money and go to a Sonic. Get a shake for me while you’re there.

Best Ambience Around

Why should you visit this particular Bob’s Big Boy? Because it is “the oldest remaining Big Boy restaurant, designed by architect Wayne McAllister in 1949” [Wikipedia quote].

It’s worth it just to see the killer retro umbrellas lined up outside, next to the statue of the Big Boy and the fab neon sign. Go on a weekend night and enjoy checking out the beautiful vintage cars that hip kids (of all ages) park in the lot for all to see.
