Dortmund

I lived in Dortmund for 6 months. Even though there aren’t any big tourist attractions (aside from perhaps the “biggest Christmas tree in the world”), it’s a great place to live. I could easily move back for good.

I visited for the football game. Had a great time.

Incredebly boring city in the middle of not much better area. 90% of the city was destroyed by alied air raids in WWII. The street layout still follows original medieval paths but architecture is pure gray concrete functionalism.

If somebody is seaching for Dorfmund, good luck! This city does not exist… :-)
