End of the first leg by Bruno Girin
Kotka was the destination of the first leg of the tall ships races. Sorlandet, on which I was sailing got there in third place, both in her own class and overall. We had fantastic sailing on the way. And the arrival through the archipelago was breathtaking. A few glitches around the organisation of facilities for the tall ship crews but Kotka is a very nice little town and we had a great time (and a few sore heads in the mornings).
