This place holds the title of Oldest Restaurant, Bar & Cabaret in Miami. Quoting the website:

It is tucked away in the up and coming Brickell district in Downtown Miami. The place has a great atmosphere, an outside court and great food. Live blues, country, folk, classic rock, rock en español, funk, soul, jamming, and turn-tabling are testimony of Miami’s flavorful multicultural population and geographical location.
