Fell in love here. With the people, with Australia, with the beer, and with Lynn.

Melbourne
We’re heading to Perth in early March 2008 for a holiday. We’ll actually only be staying a few days in the city and then heading off in a motorhome to do a road trip to Broome! I’ve been to Perth on business a couple of times, but that’s nothing like holidaying! I can’t wait to get into the fishing – I’m a keen fan of the Fishing WA television series and have been watching with more interest lately.

Whistler
I’m living in Whistler, Canada right now with 3 girls from Perth. They always have stories of these amazing beaches and beach atmosphere that Perth has. I’ll definitely want to come to Perth for the sun and the beach and to visit my friends once they return home

I want to go to Perth for exactly the same reasons of Melbourne. Perth is also an Australian city situated on the est cost with a perfect climate for me : Mediterranean climate with hot and dry summers and relatively cool and rather moist winters. There are four public universities and one private universitie.

I drove into the city today (Saturday). It isn’t something that I normally do. There does seem to be more city towers there than when I was there last time but it wasn’t all that appealing. I drove around a couple of times trying to find a parking spot. I couldn’t find one so I dropped my wife off so she could do a bit of shopping and I went home and watched the footy. Freo and Claremont are much more appealing places to hang out.
