Hull aka: Kingston upon Hull

I have lived in Hull since I was born and its really not that bad! I have loads of places but do love Hull there are some cracking places to go and yeah we do have our fair share of Chavs here but most people are nice!!

It changed my life, by making me want to move away! (Go to Birmingham – it’s amazing!) The place is a dump. There’s no money, it smells when the wind changes, it’s in the middle of nowhere, it’s ugly, it’s stagnant. The first 18 years of my life (wasted) spent there!

There is a good painting in the art gallery by Hals.

But I must say that this place is really quite astonishingly dreary.

Didn’t Deputy PM Prescott come from here?

i spent 3 years here, and like rumours tend to be, its not a violent place or full of trouble…its alright, i wouldnt advise a trip here plainly on the fact theres not much to do, but other than that ive had a great time here…

• Have visited everywhere else in the universe.
• Don’t mind putting up with idiots.
• Can find your own way around, because nobody will help you.
• Carry a baseball bat at all times – just in case.
• Have no fear.
