Luxemboring by Erick
To be fair (and to be thankful) we only stayed here for about four hours between destinations on our Study Abroad trip. This is a highly commercialized city with some decent scenery, and if you’ve not been many places around Europe, you’ll probably think it’s amazing. I had been all around Europe by that point so it struck me as ostentatious, and lacking in substance. Some lip balm cost about 6 Euros there which was roughly about $8 USD at the time. It’s definitely not a cheap city…keep that in mind.
If you want to just stop by, go ahead…but from what I can tell I would NOT dedicate too much time to the city.
