Michigan

Well I live in Michigan and Its made me realize somethings like the weather I need to become unpredictable it could be good for me! I believe where every you go there are awesome place’s to visit you just have to see them and Michigan does have a lot of pretty sights to see.

• Grand Circus Park (no not a circus…entertainment, sports, arts, restaurants)

I live in Michigan, its the most depressing place in the US. I’ve traveled from the southeast corner up to the northern penninsula more times than I care to remember. Unless you’re passing though or a couple that likes the senic view of twenty miles of trees, I don’t suggest coming here.
I went to white fish point (on a north east shore of the NP), it had cool light houses and I heard about a pretty fun zoo. The state is not a place for kids, for sure. (Try cedar point in Sandusky, OH)
I’ve heard some out of state people think Detroit is a nice city. Maybe if you want to get shot =[

It was about 2002/2003. My dad, brother, and I went for Christmas and New Years. The drive was hectic but the time there was memorable. I remember the friends we were staying with had a daughter that was out in 30 degree weather with a skirt! It was really cold overall. The only thing I don’t like about the place was that compared to Florida its houses are very old. Everything is so ancient, as in buildings, markets, etc.

Michigan is great! Plan your trip at www.michigan.org. People are REAL (except in Grand Rapids and Okemos). Michigan has so much to offer and for a great price.

Michigan is cold in the winter, and hot and humid in the summer. Dress appropriately.

In Michigan we drink “pop,” not “soda.”

Public transportation is rather poor in most of Michigan. Drive a car if possible.

I lived in Michigan for three years. It was the most fucking depressing place ever. I really hated it. My school smelled like shit, and I spent every day for half of the day learning the alphabet. I knew how to read for years before, but still, they made me learn. And the development I lived it was so sad…and quiet…that’s what made me shy (for the amount of time in my life that I was shy)

I was born there and love it. Miss it alot.
