Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Food

...and it tastes good! I really can’t compare it to New Mexican food as such, having not been, so authenticity or lack thereof I will let experts judge. It’s a nice variant on a ‘typical’ Mexican standalone restaurant, and the regional dishes all seem typified by heartiness and smoky flavors—a good take on comfort food, if you like!
