This is where I learned that Jeeps suck. By the way, I wouldn’t want to live there but it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve been.

I drove the AlCan highway and it took me through the Yukon. I loved it, there was always something to see.

There’s a little shack of a convenience store on top of a mountain near Top of the World Pass that sells great ribs! Don’t let the exterior fool you.

i took a biketrip from whitehorse and a tiny bit through b.c. and back down to skagway, alaska. it was WONDERFUL. it was cold even though it was the summer and the guide stopped us every few miles to tell us history.

We drove the Alaska Highway all the way through the Yukon. There was a great restruant on Kluane in a town I think was called Distruction Bay. It was a tiny Cafe with some gas pumps and showers. Best burgers I have ever had, I wish I could remember more about it specifically but I remember the great people that worked there. Such a welcoming place.
The area is gorgeous and hot during the summer.
I found it surprising though that Kluane isn’t more used. There weren’t any boats or swimmers or beach goers anywhere to be seen. I would think that with such a lovely lake someone would be in it.

Cinnamon_Digory asks,
“Isn't there a highway in Yukon that's very seculuded and hard to drive? If so, what is it called?”
