Yamanashi aka: Yamanashi Prefecture,山梨県,Yamanashi-ken

Yamanashi is next to Tokyo and takes 1 hour & half by express train. I see mount fuji every day, of course I can’t see at the bad weather. Here is the countryside, I think the balance is very good for me because I want to go both sides,country life and urban life, whenever I can need it. Yamanashi was top answer in the questionnaire survey some years ago, “the best place to live” I can get fresh vegetables, fruits and food.

this is a beautiful place in the shadow of mt. fuji. i stayed with a host family here and had an amazing time. seeing the snow blowing off the top of the mountain in wispy clouds is a sight i will never forget.
