Kent

My paternal grandfather was from Kent, and supposedly stole away on a ship when he was very young. He was a kind, quiet, unpretentious man and I’d love to have a connection to his roots. Before going I’d need to do some serious geneology.

This is where I go to school. It is so beautiful here after a snowfall, at the beginning of spring when all the leaves are coming back, and during the fall when the leaves are changing color.

This is my favourite English county.

I went to Kent about 2 weeks ago, and I think that it is definitely one of the most beautiful places in New England. Though you will probably not be able to stay over night (unless you know someone who lives there), you should without a doubt visit this place if you’re looking to get away from chaos for a while.

Lived there for the first 20 years of my life. Was back there in May. It’s still beautiful.

I live in medway, more specifically, but kent in general can be quite good. Its pretty beautiful in places, but there are also towns and shops and clubs and the lot, so its a good balance i guess.
