Dorset

It’s so pretty and peaceful – I always feel so much more relaxed and happier after going there, but quite homesick after leaving!

I have family in dorset so of course i had to visit them. My grand uncle still lives in the same house his mother lived in (so it was the same house as my great-grandmother) i stayed in the same room that was my grandmothers.. but the city itself is so charming. The people are fantastic.. and the pubs are great. Also if you get a chance to see Monkeyworld… do it.. you wont be disappointed.

Beautiful and rural. Dorset is full of gently rolling countryside, and very pleasant people.

A friend of mine lives in Dorset and I have been there twice to visit. I loved the atmosphere of the town, the architecture, the wild sea, the little pubs… and especially our walks along the coastal pathway. I love how everything stops for tea in the afternoon. I want to go back and explore more of the little coastal towns, drinking all that great ale along the way!

Beautiful countryside, many many thatched roof buildings, many nice pubs, and quaint little villages!

I love Dorset, we don’t go abroad on holiday much, so we tend to see a lot of England. It’s so varied, I’m glad I’ve seen a lot of my own country.
