I love it, I miss it, it is beautiful, calm and enchanting. Well, its not calm if you were there in the summer of 06 when Italy won the world cup! So much fun! Everyone was very friendly. The beaches are so exotic and amazing, coral everywhere. You have to watch out for jelly fish in the warm summer.

I used to lived in Palau way back in 2002 for about two years. I enjoyed the placed. I would recommed to visit costa esmeralda and visit the night life in Porto cuervo Especially the Billionaires club if its still there if not you can go to Sotto Ventto or Supra Ventto or check out mAmA Osra. The Beach is fabolous if however your fancy is wind surfer one should visit the beach cove below San Pasquale Im sorry I forgot the name but its famous for windsurfer. anyhow enjoy your travel and happy drinking.

Some of the best 8 weeks of my life were here in Sardinia. What amazing beaches and clubs. People were great and the food was great if you really like seafood. A lot of history here to see as well and well worth the trip.

Taught a course at a hotel near Alghero to a group of academics…we took the afternoons off to swim and then worked in the evening…no cell phones, no email, nothing but the sun, the heat, ourselves….afterwards, rented a car and drove round the island with a friend, a week of showing up somewhere and finding a place to stay, swimming on deserted beaches, crashing in cheap hotels, drinking wine, taking photos, losing my camera, discovering….capriccioli….nowhere, but nowhere, so breathtakingly perfect…peroni…cheese and tomato sandwiches…suntans…oil…sleep…

Because the island never changed in millions of years, you can find archeological sites dating back thousands of years scattered all over the island. It’s a beautiful, mystical place, with friendly locals.

I never thought one day i would be here at this medi island. Although it can be very troublesome during off peak season, but it worth the hassle. Rent a small car! I did get Mini Cooper Cabrio … pass by make people look at you with envy, HAHAH. Do visit small town of Iglesis & Island of Sant’ Antioco. Hey, don’t forget 3 miles after S.A. there is nice place to eat!

Rent a villa in Torre Del Stelle, worth for love mood! Do shop at Carrefour, coz small shop market only open when they want to open. Do go to Salina, get those sexy bathing suit. And listen to song “My Innocence” by Lindsay Lohan when circling Cagliari.

Such a beautiful, wild, historic and fun place! I loved the ruins and the ocean! I can’t wait to come back and see it as an adult!
