I was born here!

I was born in this state but had to move up north as it was too cold for me down here. Melbourne is a nice city with plenty cafes and shopping places to visit. There is also a big casino thats worth a visit.

its a big place, not to some but for me country victoria is home. there are so many different places to go in victoria to suit everyone – for those who like cities there’s melbourne (an amazing place even though its a smelly old city ;)) but for those who like a bit of peace theres the country. for those that like exploring theres the grampians and really theres something for everyone…

but it’s also the place where I was born and where I’ll grow old and die.

I was very fortunate enough to obtain an Earthwatch grant to conduct fieldwork on possums in the mountains of Victoria. Forgive me but the name of the park escapes me now. It was breath-taking! I truly truly want to go back. I loved the park so much. The birds, the trees, plants, friendly people.. gosh..

...jonesing to go back ever since. sigh
