I was lucky to be staying with friends and to have a lot of introductions set up. I was really afraid of the food and the water and all the horror stories. But, behind the walls (Nairobi is a walled city) I found an incredibly friendly and cosmopolitan city. I loved hanging out in the clubs (incredibly beautiful women) dancing all night long, going to great placed to eat. Amazing thing about this town is how large it is and I think I only saw one stop light during my stay. A great town. Can’t wait to go back! over 5 years agoUntitled by VandaLbecause I’m going to go the ministry Made In The Streets this summer. I have a feeling it’s going to be very emotionally draining but very rewarding as far as personal growth and the like. I think my eyes will certainly be opened to the extent of my rampant consumerism. Value life in a different way maybe. over 6 years agoDanger! by Brian HerbertIt’s a bit dangerous in the city so make sure you know who you’re dealing with when coming to visit. over 6 years agoGreat place, exotic, exciting by AloneAtLast35go but watch out for the bad guys over 6 years agoSee all 25 entries |
