Worth visiting!
My Opinion
I don’t know quite how to describe Hungary. It’s astonishingly beautiful, but incredibly haunting. The facade of Budapest is so old, but very damaged. My first night there, I admit, I was scared. It is very overwhelming, but as you get used to the city, it’s just incredible.
I would go back in a heartbeat. It was so beautiful, and everything about it just whispered ‘History’

A rumor about this place
This might be news for some ppl!
Bucharest is the capital of Romania!
Not the capital of easternmost Europe or Hungary or any other place in the world.
Please – don’t go to the Hungarian capital Budapest and tell people there – that you’ve just visited their capitol Bucharest.
It is like people who believe that New York is the capitol of USA or Sidney is the Capitol of Australia or Toronto is of Canada – they are not capitals – but famous and beautiful cities.
Repeat:
Budapest – capital of Hungary
Bucharest – capital of Romania
Impress us, and surprise us – show us that you are well educated. :)

Worth visiting!
The first time I went to this place
My husband is from Hungary so he knew the area really good. Which was comforting. Budapest is a large and beautiful city. I am already looking forward to my next trip. It is a city everyone should visit once in their lives. There is so many things I could talk about. How majestic it is, how exciting it is. It’s a must visit.

Budapest is wonderfull!
I just came back from Budapest and it’s a wonderful city. It’s really clean and there are lots of things to do. There’s a little bit for everyone. I’m definitely going back!

Why I want to go to this place
My Scheidness ancestors were Danube Swabians – German-speaking Hungarians – hailing from a town called Zichyfalva (although this may now, technically, be in Serbia).
Now – how could I NOT want to go??
