I can’t even remember going here unfortunately, I was very young!

I have always loved the ancient Greek myths and stories set in ancient Greece. It doesn’t matter whether they were stories from the Bible, fiction, or historical texts. I am having a fit to see the ruins first hand. It amazes me how advanced the Greeks were in their architecture. Maybe soon I’ll make it!

I want to see how and where my grandfather grew up, to meet relatives and just enjoy the beautiful views :)

Would someone like to rent me a small cottage on a Greek island beach, please? Oh, and a tutor to teach me Greek, also. Thanks in advance!

I’m leaving for Greece [Athens, Delphi, Olympia and Nafplion] in 15 days! I am so excited.

I absolutley adore the greek island, I’ve been to skiathos, zante, corfu, kefalonia, halkidiki. I plan to try and visit them all, they are all so different. Greek food is fantasic, you get the most amazing fresh seafood. On Zante other wise known as zakiantos, we experienced mini earthquakes for the 1st time. Kefalonia is so quiet, beautiful and unspoilt by tourism. Skiathos is very green and small lots of beautiful beaches, a famous nudist beach called Banana beach.
Corfu is better if you like clubbing and bar streets, but still has lots of beautiful places to visit, the cliff top roads are a bit scarey and narrow.

There is a lot of history in Greece. It’s one of the few places I’ve gone (Egypt being the other one) where you can FEEL the magnitude of the history. I felt the energy in the air. If you think I’m some “New Age crazy guy” think again… and go to Greece to see for yourself. Just be willing to experience anything.

It’s the birthplace of democracy and medicine. It’s full or ancient history , warm sand and crystal blue waters. The food and the drinks are just bonuses! I can not wait to get there this June!.
