i was just walking in Ottensheim and had a look at parkhotel without knowing what it is! a very strange first experience. i like this type of innovative ideas. and what i like most is the realization of ideas.

ps: perhaps you can transport the parkhotel to other places. if you then would have them geotagged you can have a look on google map or earth to see the actual locations. if you would then put a webcam on top everybody could see the sourroundings.
