The places to swim with the turtles are a little crowded by tourists, but get there early enough in the morning and you’ll have an easier time. I was surprised at how comfortable the turtles were around people and would swim right underneath you! I just went for ten days on a family holiday, but I’d looooooove to go back and check out the surfing side of the island. We went to the Malibu rum beach place and on a massive pirate style ship called the ‘Jolly Rodger’ where the we got to go to different beaches all around the island and do waterspots. it was so fun. it still operates today so if you’re going then i highly recommend it! x over 5 years agoBreath taking! by BfneededI have been to many islands but Barbados is by far the most beautiful and breath taking island there is (in my opinion), I would go back in a heart beat! over 6 years agoSee all 66 entries |
