Port Authority Bus Terminal

Disgusting, bad restaurants, little seating and nothing to do while you wait hour for your bus. I ended up going across the street and whiling the hours in the Weston lobby instead.

This is my gateway away from Massachusetts, so I love it…of course I can’t wait to get out and go to the Starbucks across the street.

Unless you’re taking a bus here, stay clear! This is one of the worst/dirtiest places in NYC. It’s definitely not place to go if you’re looking for something touristy—try Grand Central instead.

I made a special trip here to gind a NYC visit something or other guide for my friend but alas I couldn’t find it (she thought she had picked one up here so I thought I’d try since she was so keen for me to get one to send to her in Australia). I’m not in a hurry to go back there.

You should only be here if you’re taking a bus! Avoid the men’s rooms, especially on the upper level.
